WWTPs are the main energy consumers in municipalities. Depending on energy efficiency between 18 and 60 kWh per inhabitant and year are consumed.
Our assessment tool "Energy Check" is able to give a fast outlook on possible saving potentials for every WWTP. Only a few basic data of the WWTP are necessary.
With more detailled data, we are able to estimate the different energy savings potentials within the plant. Measures optimizing energy efficiency usually amortize within few years, but give a benefit for many years.
